I know this is a country music site, but could you also include his version since he is the one who passed? Michael wrote a great song here; he said the intent was that people seem so busy that they can’t help one another, so he was praying for more time.
Anyway, Underwood did a beautiful job with this song. It’s one of her most heartfelt readings for my money. I’m wondering if she will be asked to sing in tribute to him at the Grammys.
Father Figure is my favorite GM song but I also love this one as well. Underwood does justice to every song she sings and does this one beautifully.
The song is amazing, but Carrie oversings it. I don’t feel anything when she sings.
